Although we try hard to ensure our stock levels are always up-to-date, sometimes we may have missed something. If you have ordered something that is out of stock at the moment. We will inform you as soon as possible when this happens and offer you a refund or alternative.
We will NOT give your contact details to any other third party or company. Your information is for order purposes only. We sometimes may send you a Penny Rose newsletter, if however you do not wish to receive this, then please contact us so we can take you off our mailing list.

Placing your order
To place an order with Penny Rose, you will need to add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. Once you have finished, you then need to go to the checkout. From here you can review your order and total price of the order. You then need to pay for your order.
We offer PAYPAL as our payment gateway.
Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, as it allows you to enter your credit or debit card details without an account login.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
